Finally! You can have a beer while doing yoga!
 

I was shopping for leggings on Amazon and came upon this reviewer's photo. The leggings have a handy side pocket for a beverage.

Around here there's a trend of holding yoga classes (as a special event usually) in brewpubs. The pass gets you a class and a beer. I *think* the beer is typically drunk *after* the class...

Haha, yes, my local yoga studio has "Yin and Vin" wine and yoga nights on occasion, and there is a monthly yoga class at a local brewery (and as was previously said, the beer is the reward for AFTER class, not during it). ;)

Now that's a yoga class I want to participate in! Sign me up! :D

When I was in a running group, we'd often jog to a local brewery at the end of the run. How convenient. ;)

I confess. Friday after work is Y&A - Yoga *with* Alcohol, usually a glass of wine.

Best relaxation method ever! ;) [at least for me]

I find it makes the seated or reclining poses easier, the standing more challenging. :D
