Dream Body Coming Out with a Cardio Set?
 

So, if DB is coming out with a cardio set, what would you consider the current set to be? Circuit? I know we're all waiting for that new set to hit the market and would love to hear some of you speculate on what it will entail...cardio-wise. I feel like I get a huge cardio element from the existing set and guess I'd call it a circuit. But, would love to hear other thoughts. Let the speculation begin.

I also think that the other workout is like a circuit so I was thinking that the new cardio set might be like the kickboxing workout. Maybe some kickboxing, jumping jacks, plyo, and since they love burpees...burpees! :D

I know that I definitely won''t get it because I anticipate lots of impact.:(

You think so Suegy? That's one of the things I like about the current set - minimal impact. I hope not with the new set.

I thought that because I can't imagine them marching in place and doing grapevines, etc. Some of the non toning moves in the workout are impact so that's what makes me think that. I hope that I'm wrong though!

I am hoping the new set will have workouts like the live classes they describe on their website. One was called inTENse. wish they would tell us something...

I thought the InTENse class sounded good also. I would be interested in DVDs based on this concept.
