Question Cathe LITE PHA 2
I bought the LITE set when it was released and I admit I have never tried this workout!
I previewed it, and have a question. Has anyone done this without using a step for the standing work? I sprained my left ankle years ago, and I just don't feel comfortable using a step for the standing work. I know that makes it more effective, but has anyone done it without the step? The workout looks great, and I do want to try it. Thanks! Sherry |
I do it without the step quite frequently because something about it hurts my left hip. It may not be AS effective but the legs are still being worked and I'm good with that. I modify so many moves these days I wonder if I'm even doing the same workout that's on my TV! :)
