I'm doing it. I have been experimenting with getting back to kettlebells after a year plus of shoulder issues, and so far so good. So the swing challenge is perfect timing for me.

And the 30 is my heaviest one so I have to double up or try my 35 lb dumbbells for deadlifts. It always amazes me how quickly you can progress with consistency. Love it!! |
I’m doing it too. I wasn’t sure what I could manage so I went light on my KB weight (only 15 lb). I definitely could have handled more but I wanted to be sure. I also added a short, low impact HIIT onto the day 1 workout.
When I did Lauren’s Push Pull Swing Challenge, I did the challenge on week 1 with Riptensity (Gideon Akande). That pairing was great! I may do that starting tomorrow. |
Is this challenge on youtube or Lauren's paid site? I do swings on my own sometimes but this sounds fun.
