Another question - strength training

I have never done Classical Stretch/Essentrics. Is there a workout on youtube, that would be a complete workout and would be good for a beginner? I did see where they are having a free week if you sign up but I would just want to look at something on youtube right now. Any recommendation there? If so, please post a link so I don't get confused. TIA
