Hannah Eden Fitness Streaming
 

Hello,
Hannah Eden, who does very intense weight and cardio HiiT workouts (I think she was in MetaShred Extreme, but I don't have that set) has a new streaming platform on her own site, www.hannahedenfitness. She's offering a free 7 day trial and it's on the VHX platform.
This site is very expensive, as most VHX subscriptions seem to be, for some reason, and the monthly cost is $34.99. It just launched this week, so there's not a ton of content there, but there are 2 30-day programs that seem to have unique workouts weekly. The productive value is good, and the workouts are definitely high quality. I love Hannah. I think she's very inspirational, and she has a lot of grit. This is not for the faint of heart, but she offers modifications for all exercises and seems to have someone doing lower impact or lower intensity/weight versions. There is definitely some adult language here, so if that offends you, this is not a good fit.

Hannah is awesome in Metashred Extreme. Her 28 Day Fat Torch set is beyond wicked and that workout on YouTube is unreal. But yes, her style. Love her although I'm not really big into swearing. But I can ignore that.

She has an amazing figure! Girl crush. I'd love to subscribe, but not at that price.
