Cathe Lite - any disc problems?
 

I ordered a single DVD - Stacked Upper Body - it arrived with the disc loose in the case - no visible scratches but it doesn't play - I get the menu but when I push Play it just goes back to the blank player screen.

It will play some of the premixes but not the main workout :(

I had one DVD loose in the multi-case and I think a little prong is broken off the center thingie. Haven’t tried the DVD yet. If it’s damaged, hopefully it’s not one I was planning to do anyway. :)

Mine seem fine. I always like to preview all of them when I receive them.

Mine were intact. I checked that DVD and it seems fine. Yours must have gotten damaged in transit. I bet they’ll replace it no problem.

So far mine are okay, but I've only done three of the workouts. Haven't checked out the rest. I thought I had a problem today (when my cursor/arrow wasn't moving on the menu) but then realized I was holding my remote control upside down, so not hitting the right buttons. :p

My Pyramid one was loose in the case but haven't had a chance to check to see if it plays.

My case was broken upon arrival today. :( Three of the discs are slightly scratched. I can live with the little scratches but the case is not usable. I've only played the upper body workout and it seems fine. I did contact Cathe support to see if they will replace the case.

Update edit: Cathe support contacted me today and they are sending me a new case! I'm impressed with customer service as this is my first time ordering anything from Cathe.com.

Some other folks are having problems with that particular disc. There is a thread about it on the Cathe forum. They are blaming it on certain DVD players.

My DVDs still aren't here - in USPS Wasteland, aka "in transit to next facility" since FRIDAY MORNING - but I'll check that disc right away when my order arrives.

Allison, I live in NJ and my package was sent to Kansas! I hope it shows up sometime this week.
