Oh, my gosh! This is one Pilates workout that would really get my heartrate up - a sort of Cardio Pilates.
Maybe I'll put this on my wishlist and raise a few eyebrows.

Beth,
I guess this would go well with Better Sex Through Yoga. LOL Get your heart pumping and your hips loosened up. Watch Out.  Amazon.ca does not carry it. But then again I think its crosslisted as an "Art Film" and .ca doesn't carry certain genres available on .com. They do however carry Hot male yoga. |

This is delish, especially since the other 'Nude' series of workouts only have women! Nice to share the spotlight with men for a change.
 I can just imagine Pat58's mention of them doing the plow. How about planks, or rolling like a ball(s)? May have to get it just for the entertainment value alone; the workout would be a plus. :rolleyes:
