T25!

Today was my first day doing T25 and it was GREAT! I've finished Insanity (a couple years ago) and even though I had major dread with it, Shaun T got me to my smallest. I totally relate to Tanya in both sets - she had a baby between Insanity and now. Same boat for me. So I'm going back to Shaun to see what I can do. It's similar to Insanity in terms of the type of exercises but this feels a lot more doable than Insanity did.

Fingers crossed!

Still on the fence with this one. I love the infomercial which makes it very tempting, however, the reviews are mediocre. 25 minutes seem very doable. Decisions, decisions....

I bought it and lasted 3 weeks. My knees were just getting too sore and I started dreading the workouts. Never made it to the Beta phase. I plan to put them in my rotation at some point but not now. I am going with lower impact workouts to save my knees.

I didn't care for the infomercial. I guess I just cannot see how people lost so much weight in 10 weeks. I can see the 10-15 pounds but nothing more than that, but that is my opinion. I do like Shaun.

Again, this is JMO.

I thought the same thing myself. I'm wondering if some folks did the workouts twice a day?
