Ok, is there a check in for this? I can't find it. I'm thinking of buying it, any thoughts on this set yet?
Thanks!

There is a check-in but not many posted to it. I love T25. If I'm in a hurry, I can just do one and if I have more time, I can do two of them. I think they're really effective and get a lot done in the 25 minutes. I especially like the two core workouts but he does work in a lot of core on most of them. I think it's money well-spent.

I tried T25 Alpha Cardio this morning and liked it more than I expected! Lots of easy to follow fun moves. Moves are constantly changing before getting too tedious or boring. Many moves were rebounder friendly as well as *sitting on a stability ball and bouncing* friendly.

Yep I liked it too! I'm about to go do Alpha Speed 1.0 in a minute.

Lesia,

How do you think these compare to Zuzka's workouts ?

Sancho,
I think that the two are apples and oranges. They are both intense and short, but I find Z's workouts harder (even though they are shorter). Z's imho use more bodyweight exercises than what I've seen in T25. Shaun is just zipping along like he's shooting the breeze and he makes in look 'easy' but we know it's not. Off course it goes without saying that it's a "polished" workout.

Z's do not seem to move as fast, but I'm sucking wind when I'm finished. When I do T25, I'm huffing and puffing throughout. Cardio is my thing but when you bring in those bodyweight exercises like squat jumps, it makes the sweat pour off of me. I like both of them, but I really love the Z workouts because she struggles right with me and makes me feel like I can and will push through.

I think they both have a place on my shelf. I just alternate the two or sometimes I may use Z as a finisher (since Shaun has me already worked up)

I'm still holding out for the infomercial! They've filmed a new one for Insanity, but nothing for T25? *pout.* I know, I know, there are clips &c online... but I *like* fitness infomercials, and I want one for this, d@mmit!
