4 full body combat workouts on youtube

I dont post alot here but when all the talk of body combat came up and some kind VF posted 3 youtube body combat workouts ,I downloaded them converted them so i can play them in my dvd player and i really like them alot.So i bought the body combat set when it came out and im kind of disappointed in it,they dont seem as hard as the ones that are on youtube .I cam across these last night and wanted to share so anyone who is on the fence about buying the set can have a better idea of what they are like.I would download these fast as the other ones got deleted pretty fast.Enjoy.

Wow! Two of these are 90 minutes! I think I'll be adding these to my Combat rotation.

I use a You Tube Converter by iFunia. I paid for it, but it was like $30 - I figure it's paid for itself many times over.

The easiest no-brainer way to download it is to type kiss in front of the y in youtube.

so the url becomes

This works in windows.

ETA- don't click on the GREEN downloads!! Click on the list in smaller font according to the format you want. I use either FLV or MP4, whichever is offered in the highest quality. The green things are NOT to download the youtube clip.

to burn as a playable DVD is another story, depending on what software you already have.

Helen, thank you for the tip on typing kiss in front of youtube. I didn't know that and will try it now. I don't have any software that downloads youtube and I always thought that's what VFers used to download stuff.
