Thank you for posting this, I saw it last night and that's what I did for my workout this morning but I did the 10lb slimdown blast it was a good workout I've found I really like Chris a lot. I couldn't find the yoga one either looks like a good one.

TWC doesn't have the yoga one either. I tried the Blast one this eve. I really liked it as well! I may have to buy the dvd! i'm going to wait a bit though. i think they may lower the price. They have been having a lot of sales lately.

I did the lower body workout today. If you like step back lunges, static lunges, and squats, this is for you. My legs were shaking and I was sweating! And I thought it was going to be easy. To be fair to my poor legs, they haven't gotten much action other than Leslie in over a month.
I previewed Blast and it looks like it gets the whole body good. I think I'll do it on Friday if I'm feeling up to it. Is anyone doing/going to do the rotation? Day 1: Upper Day 2: Lower & Core Day 3: Total Body Blast Day 4: Upper & Core Day 5: Yoga Days 6 & 7: Off Day 8: Total Body Blast Day 9: Lower Day 10: Upper & Core Day 11: Total Day 12: Yoga Days 13 & 14: Off Day 15: Lower Day 16: Upper & Core Day 17: Total Body Blast Day 18: Lower & Core Day 19: Yoga Day 20: Lower and Upper Day 21: Off Day 22: Total & Core Day 23: Lower Body Day 24: Upper Body & Core Day 25: Yoga Day 26: Lower & Upper Day 27: Yoga Day 28: Off Day 29: Lower & Upper Day 30: Total & Core |
