I am hoping that someone can tell me. Does this clip represent what her workouts are like? I am liking what I see here. Does she do these moves in either of her DVDs?

It does represent the style of the leg section of her mat and post-preg dvd. But they are not the same. I guess that's why she says to add it on for more challenge. I love her style. The dvds have awesome musics, specially the mat workout. The post-preg workout has wonderful classical music. I just so much hope she does come up with more workouts. Another thing is that she doesn't talk much, which I love, but some don't. I have done her dvds so many times and it hasn't gotten boring for me yet! Hope this helps.
