Gofit interval timer?

Anyone have this? I like this idea so I don't have to watch the clock. It will be a today's deal soon on Amazon.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...d_p=1980506282

ETA it's on sale now for 19.99

I went through three Gymbosses before I gave up- they kept breaking on me right after the warranty was up. I found that incredibly annoying.

This looks good- great price and so easy to set up- but I really like to create custom interval lengths.

Am I reading it right that the lowest it goes for work is 60 seconds and the lowest for rest is 30 seconds? Too bad if this is the case. My preference for interval training is to rest no more than 15 seconds.

Thanks for linking it though. It is a good price!

Couldn't you use an app on your phone for that? I've downloaded one though I never used it... lol.

Thanks. I ordered one. I don't have a cell phone. I do have a very old ipod though. It was a good price and seemed simple to use

Is this like the Gymboss Max where you can customize several intervals withing a workout or is it just like a regular gymboss? Thanks!

I thought about doing this too. I'm curious how the app would work. Has anyone done it?

I use Interval Timer Pro for iPhone and iPad and it is very customizable. You can save your interval settings as workouts and give them names. You can also give the intervals names. You can set intervals for any amount of time you want. I use it for HiiT, as well as spinning workouts. There is a free version of the app, so I encourage people to try it out and see if it would work you. The Pro version is a few bucks and means no annoying ads.
