I recommend Tae Bo Kicks, if you don't mind working out with kids.
It's actually pretty fun/good.

Tae Bo Gold, geared towards older exercisers (over 35s - or was it 30? - I think he called them ) is fun, has good music and moves slower/takes breaks. But I still get a good workout!

FWIW, I think it's only available on VHS in the US, but I have a region 2 DVD from the UK.

ETA - Yup, just checked. Amazon.com is selling some copies on DVD but doesn't seem to state that it's region 2 from England.

Taebo GOLD and Taebo Junior on VHS are also good, slower workouts and have fun music, too. You might be able to get them from Amazon sellers or on eBay.
