With any of the weight ones, you can do
any of them, just start with lighter weights. And, cardio is a matter of preference, as to whether you're better at step, boxing, hi-lo, etc.
Her workouts are so easy to modify, since Lauren shows easier versions of the move or uses lighter weights.
Hardest might be the one that has Olympic Lifting (
LIFT) on it, just because it's not traditional and more power moves are used, but the tutorial is very good. Also, I find the
Athletic Conditioning workout to be very challenging. The first one has lots of sports drills that move at a pretty rapid pace.
Some of her earliest step boxing and step workouts are a little more complex with some trickier choreography. Not complex like Christi Taylor, but takes a bit to learn.
