Hmmm. . . same set as the Walk Strong set. Not my favorite. I think I'll pass on this one, but don't hold me to it.

This looks good except I really don't like any additions when I walk. That means the "band walks" may never get used. Still I can make the other 3 cardio miles even longer since it sounds like this workout is programmable. I think I may get this one as I love walking with Jessica!

I plan to purchase even though I haven't yet tried Walk Strong.
 I think her mom looks slimmer in the clip or maybe it's her close fitting top showing off her figure, either way she looks great.
