I notice Ellen has put up her new website and introduced her streaming at $5.95/month, with a free seven-day trial:

I'm interested, I love Ellen. I have a lot of her DVDs though so there would need to be a good amount of new material to tempt me to sign up.

I have a ton of her DVDs, too. I guess one new workout a month for $5.95 is an okay deal, but when is the first one? Would my first payment really be for nothing because a new workout isn’t due out for a month? And what are the “other videos” that will be added weekly if they’re not “new.” Is she only adding her older workouts one per week? I’m confused.

I wish instructors would let you see what is available BEFORE you sign up. At least her monthly price is reasonable, though.

I agree, I'm also confused and am hoping she'll post something more specific, especially since the free trial requires a credit card.

I'm a little confused too. I'd give it a try if it included her whole library of work outs, but it's not entirely clear if that's the case.

Thanks for posting this. I signed up for the free trial and I'll probably continue to subscribe. I just have 3 of Ellen's dvds so there's very little duplication. I figure I can get over 6 months worth of streaming for the cost of her latest set alone.
