Need some good intensive low-impact workouts

A friend of mine has expressed interest in working out to DVDs so she can work out at home. She lives in an apartment building on an upper floor, so she doesn't want to do anything with impact to avoid disturbing the neighbors below her.

Besides Cathe, is there anyone else who does really great and challenging low impact cardio workouts?

Thanks!

I find most Barlates to be low impact. Your friend could check her out on YouTube.

Does she want cardio or resistance training?

I don’t do cardio. But for resistance I love weights, Lotte Berk Technique, and interesting floor work.
Pvolve
TILT by Oriana ($3.99 month for streaming)
Ballet Beautiful — her dvd series are low impact and mostly may toning
Lazy Dancer Tips (streaming is only $11.95 month)
Venus Index (I did their Phase I 5-6 times!)
Visual Impact for Women

She wants both but it’s easy for me to come up with suggestions for strength and resistance training. I’m struggling with cardio ideas past Cathe.

I second this! I only have experience with the mat workouts, but they're definitely intense and low impact.
