I'm gonna start a diet check in on VF Cupboard

We have a small Facebook group called VF Cupboard. It doesn't get much activity usually, but sometimes it sees some.

Anyway, I thought I'd start a diet check in. Any diet is welcome. Just with the holidays I know I not only fell off the healthy eating wagon, I jumped, chopped the wagon up, burned the wood for heat, and sold the rest for HoHos.

So maybe if a few of us have a check in where we can confess our diet "sins" or praise our successes, it might help me start rebuilding my diet wagon.

Let me know if you need to know where the VF Cupboard is.

I am literally in the car, on the highway heading home from Sydney (um.. DH is driving) having arrived back this afternoon from 16 days in Vietnam. My sister has been dropping about 0.2 kg every single day for 2 months and we’re a tad competitive.

I am SOOO in!!
