If you join the tribe on her website http://www.butiyoga.com/ (just below the slider) you get a welcome e-mail that gives you a password to a members only 53 minute workout & a starter kit with a bunch of recipes!

Is anyone having trouble getting the workout on Vimeo to play? I can't get past the 3 minute mark...it freezes.
