I am in awe of your creativity in designing your own Pball! I think your intensive 30-day rotation is a wonderful way to use the method and I might do that in the future (12 weeks was WAY too much for me)
Lol thanks. It’s mostly frugality! I loved the 30 days. But I need variety. I think you have great commitment.

I actually did two this week. Nothing consistent though. I might add it in to my HSM

I was doing a few a week on free trial, then did another month.I did notice my butt got firmer and a little higher, also my hips felt better. So,what I think I'am going to do is get his 2 dvds and try adding them in 2-3 times a week.

There's a special on his website now, if you buy the Pball you can get streaming for $19.99 until the end of 2018.

I did the trial and enjoyed it, I ordered the ball to get the reduced rate for streaming. I am excited to see what results I get!

I'm also curious if anyone else is still doing these workouts...

I'm doing the workouts. I really like them! My thighs are slimming down and my butt is getting a nice shape, before it had gotten wide and flat from TA. I still like TA's upper body workouts so I add those in. I really want the P Ball!!

Still doing workouts about 4 times a week,I think I'am getting good lower body results, but also do other workouts. These really don't bother my hip at all,as some others do(barre, tracy etc)
