I usually give myself 3-4 months to see results. I don't expect any results in 30 days, unless it's a Firm or Cathe workout. I usually do rotations based around an instructor or set of instructors, and 3-4 months is usually all the time I can take with them for a stretch
. However, I have been known to do Cathe and Tracie long workouts for much longer, just not the same workout, if that makes sense.
