When you start a new rotation.....

How long do you give yourself to see results before you move on to something else?

I usually give myself 3-4 months to see results. I don't expect any results in 30 days, unless it's a Firm or Cathe workout. I usually do rotations based around an instructor or set of instructors, and 3-4 months is usually all the time I can take with them for a stretch . However, I have been known to do Cathe and Tracie long workouts for much longer, just not the same workout, if that makes sense.

Honestly, at my age 60+, "results" are not my focus. I'm fighting the natural decline that happens as you age if you don't stay active. I exercise most days of the week and do that to maintain functional strength, endurance and flexibility. I do rotations though so I will have a plan and so I will not ditter around trying to decide which workout to do.

Functional strength, endurance, and flexibility are the results I'm after, and I'm 42 . Of course, college fine is not a bad thing either

Regularly, 60-90 days. I just follow the plan and at some point I notice some type of result either performance or aesthetics. Consistency and improving is the key for me.

My rotations have some focus or theme. I’m on W4 of a 12 weeks Full Body / Cardio rotation. Even thought is the same split the workouts and intensity changes every 3 weeks progressively.

Then probably change to Upper/Lower and then more into strength body part splits.
