One of our family traditions is watching Peanuts TV episodes while we decorate the tree.

When Thanksgiving is over, I start on Christmas music!!

A long time ago, a talk radio show on AM. taped Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol with its on air hosts. For years, I would turn it on Christmas morning while I prepared food for the day. I think it played all day to give employees a day off.

i assumed we had this on DVD in our collection, but apparently, it's the VHS version! ack!

We have a tradition of watching Planes, Trains & Automobiles on Thanksgiving - we avoided watching it until our youngest was a little older (he's 18 now) because there is a scene with lots of "F-Bombs" in the script.
