Is shipping coming out to be $6.99 for everyone? I'd like to hear back if Mary will get these...

Shipping was $19.95 for me but I'm in Canada so it's usually higher.

Argh! But it doesn't cost $20 to ship to Canada. Eesh.

Actually, it may cost very close to that. I made a trade to Canada right after the first of this year and I shipped 2 dvds. It cost me just about $10 for the two dvds, and I was shocked. I don't know how much it costs to ship 3 dvds nowadays, but it's not cheap.

I agree but I'm guessing they are using the flat rate shipping which is usually $19.95 instead of shipping by weight.

I heard back from Mary this morning and she said she is pretty sure she will be carrying them. She spoke to them previously and she is waiting on price etc. So hope it is good news.

That's great news! Wish I had held off on pre-ordering . . . .

If anyone is interested, there is a StudioMixx group on Facebook that has just started up:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/279141335558572/

Shandi just joined, and has given us some really helpful info already.

When someone asked if the workouts were low impact, here was her response:

"The workouts can be low impact but that doesn't mean low intensity!! There will modified options to take the impact out if needed because of previous injuries or maybe for beginners new to the moves. There is quite a bit of jumping in the tabata sculpt but again, one of the girls is always showing the modified. the workouts all follow the cardio, sculpt, and lengthen philosophy. Intervals of the three concepts will create muscle, use isometric and Pilates exercises to elongate, and cardio intervals so you burn the fat. You can spend hundreds of dollars and hours of working out, but if these three components are not sequenced in the right order, it's not as effective. The discs will not be sold alone, they are all part of the Mixx Method! Hope this helps!!"

Someone else asked how/when to do the workouts, and she said this:

"Mixx and ballet box are 60 minutes. Tabata Sculpt is 45 minutes. [Do] Each DVD once a week for the first couple weeks then try to do each video twice a week."
