For busy mornings I really like Choice Organic Premium Japanese Green Tea. I buy it at my local organic coop and can usually find it in the natural food section of the regular supermarkets. It has a smooth and pleasing taste, and I prefer to purchase teas from Japan.
Since last year's gift exchange when I was gifted with an infuser and teas from Adagio, I've been converted to a loose leaf addict. Adagio, Harney & Sons, Rishi Tea and Republic of Tea are good mail order companies. Adagio has portion samplers available. Before you even get to teas that have chai and fruit flavors, plain green tea is offered in varietals such as sencha (what is in most supermarket teabags), bancha (gently roasted), genmaicha (with roasted rice) and more. Matcha has a lot of health benefits but is very high in caffeine. |

For pure taste - Tazo Zen Green Tea. It has lemon grass and spearmint in it.
For health - Super Strength Cleansing Tea, from https://getthetea.com/shop/super-strength/ - this is great stuff. It tastes good and keeps me regular. Hope that this helps. |

I don't like the taste of plain green tea but I've found a couple of flavored green teas that I like. My local market carries both.
I like Lipton Green tea Peach Paradise: https://www.lipton.com/us/en/our-tea...green-tea.html I also like Yogi Blueberry Slim Life green tea: https://yogiproducts.com/teas/green-...SAAEgKDffD_BwE |
