I was trying to think about a good rotation for myself. I don't know if you know about Robin Long/The Balanced Life but she is putting out a 30 day Pilates challenge for March (Short workouts - 10 min a day). http://thebalancedlifeonline.com/fin...ody-challenge/ And this is sort of what I had in mind to do for March. Day 1 Robin’s Pilates Challenge & Cardio & CS Day 2 Robin’s Pilates Challenge & Cardio & CS Day 3 Robin’s Pilates Challenge - Barre/Fusion - Yoga Day 4 Robin’s Pilates Challenge - Cardio & CS Day 5 Robin’s Pilates Challege - Barre/Fusion - Yoga Day 6 Robins Pilates Challenge - Cardio & CS Day 7 Robin’s PIlates Challenge - Barre/Fusion - Yoga *rest day* wherever needed I just want to focus on what feels good these days. I was thinking about doing Jessica's Walk Strong next month but I am not feeling the "love" for traditional weight work right now (and from what i understand her rotation includes it, son not being in the mood for it will likely cloud my judgement on this set!). For barre/fusion - that could be traditional barre or Ellen/Jessica's fusion-y stuff. Cardio will likely be low impact walking, maybe some biking, maybe some step, whatever I'm in the mood for, etc. Yoga - short stretchy segments.... Donna |
