Did you skip Meta and go right to Continuity?

I'm ready to go back to Tracy. I have read that Continuity is better than meta. How many people found this? What are the pros and cons of skipping meta? I would be doping toe omni program.

Thanks!

I have both, and I find myself reaching for Continuity more often. I find 40 reps way too much. Continuity gets by with 20-30, which is so much more doable.

This question is timely since I am getting a single disk from Hipcentric Continuity in a trade, 1.1.2. I haven't done any TA before other than her Mat Workout--any thoughts/advice appreciated!

I started with meta and then went to continuity. the first few levels of continuity are easy, but they get really complicated and hard fast imo.

I am confused about the "levels" of Continuity--is each disk a level?

If I remember correctly each disc has three different workouts on it... so for ten days you do level 1, then for ten days you do level 2, and then level 3. her numbering and labeling of these is way beyond me. but I think disc 1 was pretty easy, but it got hard fast. real hard.

I started Meta at one point and was bored to tears by day 4. How does Continuity match up? Less boring? Same?

I bought Meta Glutes, attempted a few workouts and gave up. I too was bored and I hated that all the lower body work was done on all fours. When everyone kept raving about their amazing results and how much they enjoyed the workouts, I decided to give it another try but I took the advice of a VF friend and started with Continuity (I also switched to Omni). I liked it SO much more! The moves in Continuity are more complex/interesting as you go and there are also fewer reps (usually 30 compared to 40 in Meta). I think it's worth a try to see if you like it better!
