What's the music like on her DVDs?
The DVD music is most like what's on the newest YouTube workouts for the tea company. There's no cursing, no loud beat or anything.

I like that there's a 25 minute workout for days I'm just not up to a longer workout. And they're definitely not limited to advanced exercisers. The plyos are easily modified, 99% of the moves are basic yoga (Warrior I and II, Triangle, etc). The thing she does that's different is add a hip rotation to a static yoga pose.

I'm thinking the original YT teasers were filmed from live classes shot with other instructors because I've seen nothing that raunchy or advanced so far.
