I'm a 2x TA Meta rotation failure (only made it to L4)
, but I still read the related check-ins to see how people are using the workouts. I'm the opposite from most people in that I had to force myself to do the MS work, but loved making up my own TA-style dance cardio to fun music. Sadly it seems like it's the MS part that's important!
I just got her Precision Toning and might try to add-on the 15min chunks when I can.
