Dick Van Dyke

Did anyone see the clip of Dick Van Dyke doing his exercise routine? He’s 95. I’m pretty I wouldn’t be able to do the move where he lifts both legs in the air and does big circles with both legs straight and together.

I hadn’t, but went and found it after this post. He’s very impressive and looks great at 95! Good for him. Here is a link I found.

That's great! I started doing a yoga routine with Mary Baker called Low Back Loving and she does that move! I love it! it works the abs and gives the low back a nice little massage.

I recently watched Bye Bye Birdie (1963) again. It is one of my all-time favorite musicals

Mr. Van Dyke does some great dancing in it. Pretty much all the actors do some fantastic dance routines.
