I'm in the minority here, but I like Cathe's yoga workouts. I've tried many yoga workouts over the years and have never found any I loved, but Cathe's I probably like the best. Maybe I just like her personality?

It's been a long time since I've done Yoga Max, I prefer gentler yoga so I use Yoga Relax way more often. I do like the P30 yoga too, but I like the mobility workout on that DVD even better.

Thank you Lori, I'm going to give Cathe a try. The worst thing that will happen, is that I don't click with them. I'll just pass them on, if that's the case.

We so often move in linear patterns….walking, cycling, lifting weights. Yoga allows me to stretch deeper and I find it very relaxing. I only do gentle yoga, no sun salutations or acrobatics, lol. It’s definitely a personal choice and I love & need both to stay balanced & pain free. .
I have to agree with this - I tend to go in cycles - sometimes using CS more, sometimes Yoga more, and sometimes Pilates more.

Sometimes I do all three fairly equally!

I think ultimately finding what you enjoy doing and what makes you feel best at that moment in time is what you will stick with.
