I'm so sorry for what you've been through and the loss of your friend.

For kickboxing, I think my favorite new workout is Susan Chung's Rapid Fire 4: Sweat. It is an hour long workout but broken up into chapters with several premixes. There are 3 kickboxing rounds and 3 boxing rounds. You can even "create your own" workout by choosing which rounds you want to do in which order. It's a really fun workout!

Susan Chung' s Rapidfire 2 & 4 are awesome! The thing I love about 4 is that you can make your own premixes.

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone!

I've decided to go with PatricK G's Kickbox Burn and Susan Chung's Rapidfire 4.

Sorry to hear about your setbacks. I totally agree about Patrick's Kickbox Burn. It is amazing and so much fun! Really high energy too.

These are my choices, too! I don't have the fourth Chung, but the first two are really good. I will get #4 at some point, too.

I have and don't love LM Combat, because there is too much stopping and talking--that annoys and frustrates me. However, the LM Combat workout that comes as part of the LM Pump set is great! It's only 30 minutes but it's very fun and sweaty. You might try to trade for that if you can.
