LizEMA - have you just ordered Burn Sets? You will love it; I think it has a great variety and you can really use the premixes to make it longer/shorter. I also really like the Muscle Meltdowns. I have done a split with them where I combined them for two different upper body workouts focusing on more push/pull. For me, all combined is too long - I have a serious dread factor for some of the longer weight workouts. Let us know what you think of Burn Sets!

Boxing and Pilates week continues:

ICE Rock 'Em Sock Kickbox -- punch combo premix (this was actually a pretty solid 20 minute boxing workout)
+
ICE Icy Core #1
+
20 minutes of upper body exercises on the reformer (small muscles, surprisingly grueling, at times I wanted to cry like a little girl)
+
12 minute magic circle lower body workout from Pilates Fix's You Tube channel
