I’m doing the program and really want to be committed with nutrition also. Is there some place we can discuss nutrition and share recipes and menus for the week? Thanks!

Same here. It would be great if we could find a place to discuss both.

LIIFT 4 Week Two -Chest and Tricep Circuit

This was 40 minutes of hard work for me.

Circuit One- x 3 sets, 10 reps per exercise
4 exercises done back to back- chest /triceps/chest/ triceps

Circuit Two . For 3 sets, 10 reps per exercise
4 exercises done back to back- chest/triceps/chest/triceps

Burnout Circuit x3 sets
30 seconds of wide pushups
30 seconds of tricep pushups

My chest and triceps were fried by the third burnout circuit so half way through this last circuit I had to drop to my knees.

Ab Circuit- 30 seconds each exercise and repeated x3
2 ab exercises- weighted flutter kicks and bent knee windshield wipers

Great workout and so far so good with LIIFT4

BBOD has only released the first two weeks but so far there has been a low impact modifier for all of the higher impact moves. There is also a modifier that does an alternative exercise for all of the weight exercises.

I am on week 2 day 2. I prefer to use my weekends to workout instead of getting up super early 4 days a week. I will do Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. I am liking it so far. This week Joel added a newer triceps exercise. The chest and triceps day I feel was the hardest one for me to date. there is a modifier and I follow that person. The modifier changes from workout to workout which is nice. Today was back and biceps and HIIT. Yesterday, I felt a tweak in one of my knees while trying to do triple bear , so I had to sub in jumping jacks for them. Other than that, I love the heavy lifting. I am drenched by the time it is done and the longest workout to dat was 40 minutes.

Week two day two Back, Biceps done!

Today rather than alternating exercising as in we did yesterday in the chest and triceps workouts, we completed all of the back exercises and then did the biceps exercises. Each exercise was 10 reps and repeated x3. My biceps reached failure during the last set of bicep exercises and I had to take a mini break to complete the last set of W curls. After the weight component we did a circuit of 3 hiit exercises x 30 seconds and repeated x3. The core exercises were lying side crunches and plank shoulder taps done for 30 seconds and repeated x 3.

I like that thus far each workout is different in some way. I can usually tell whether I will complete a rotation by the second week of a program and I definitely feel that I will complete all eight weeks of this rotation.

I got week one, filmed, edited and will be on my channel tomorrow morning. '

I'm enjoying it so far. Even the cardio bits, and I hate cardio lol. I can't wait to start week 2 tomorrow

I think it is $40.00 now and if you wait it is free if you already have BOD.
