You are not alone! I have pretty much given up, unless I find the time to google, "How to Use Pinterest." Have you found any spiralizer recipes you like? My problem is that when I've made the few recipes I've tried, the zucchini still tastes like...zucchini. Not a bad vegetable, but I was kind of hoping it would, "take on the flavor of the sauces" like each recipe claims. Sadly, no.

I must admit that I've only used my spiralizer once, but I was wondering..... couldn't you chop the zucchini first and do it in chunks if it's too big?

For recipes, I follow this gal on instagram and her recipes always look great!
