I love my kettlebells for all the reasons already stated, plus the almost instant tummy tuck I get when I start doing swings and snatches again -- just tightens everything up all through the core.

I just started Lauren Brooks' BeSLAM, but I also received the Skogg at home set, so I'm very very happy these days!

I love training with kettlebells, and every rotation that I do incorporates them.

I agree with both of these. I love my kettlebells.

This post just made me decide to add KBs back in after my XT2 rotation. One more week of that then I'll get on some kind of a KB-hybrid one.

KBs put me in a mental zone that relieves work-stress.

Yes, this is another reason why I love kettlebells.

Kettlebells provide functional training, along with cardio and strength, and there's almost no impact involved if you're not into that. I hope to be doing kettlebell training into my 60's and 70's.

Yet another reason I find kettlebells to be a fun workout: I can blast my own music while swinging away. For some reason, this is usually the Red Hot Chile Peppers

I like this too - I have found that good music is essential when I'm working out.

Also, I like the fact that I don't have to have a DVD to get a great kettlebell workout. There are lots of written plans or I can do my own thing.

Very true! Over 95% (sometimes 100%) of my strength workouts are done sans a DVD. My best workouts are done on my own listening to great music.
