I love her stuff - and her cueing is excellent. This is good news.

I would also like an ab section at the end but no planks! She has had a lot of plank work in her other workouts.

Thanks, Ace! Wow, do you guess that's what it's really like when they film? I could hear their steps better than I could hear the music. It sounded so hollow. I guess they do a great job if that's what they're working with.

I loved that "good luck" comment with the core section.

Thanks for the link! I did have to log in to Facebook to see the pictures, so it may not work for those not on FB.

I shouldn't have clicked on this thread and then the link... I like what I see in the YouTube clip, especially what Seasun's done with the modifier. What a well thought out set of modifications. She seems to address concerns that a lot of instructors overlook when they decide to show someone not doing a few jumps: a slower option for some fast feet combos, taking out some extraneous pivots and turns, and another option for those who prefer not to have to drop to the floor or step when the heartrate is up. Of course, modifications are what make Seasun's workouts doable for me. One day I'll work up to her full routines, but right now I get more than enough of a mental and physical workout following her modifier!
