What's your July rotation?

This week, I'll finish up Jessica's Summer of Strength. During June I bought Katami 4x4 as Mary's Deal of the Day, so I'm going to start using it next week. I do livestream yoga classes Tues/Thurs (I'm using those instead of Jessica's stretch/yoga right now), and I'm thinking I'll do 4x4 on Mon/Wed, then have a free day on Friday, particularly to use some virgins I have lying around - I just ordered three more in Mary's sale and now I have several Linda Wooldridge, a KCM, a Gilad, and probably some others. That's fun for Friday! I also walk my dogs almost every morning before it gets hot.

What are you doing in July?

This. I got some "new" ones recently, so I thought I'd go through them.
Metashred 21 - I've done one, and that gave me lower body DOMS for days!
Prevention Flat Belly Barre, 2 week Turnaround Strength, The Toning Transformation, a Leslie 5 mile (done 3 out of 5 already), and Flipping 50 The Whole Flip (all for avg. $1.75 each in a 5 dvd lot If it was a VFer, who sold me this bargain, thank you!! I'm using them.)

If I'm not too chicken, I might pull out a Tonique I've never done before. I don't even know which I have. I got them, looked at clips again, and hid them in the nether regions of my closet.

I've been thinking about including walking in my weekly exercise routine. Now...outdoor walking in NC in July isn't the most pleasant...but I'm motivated.

I plan on alternating walking with a few DVDs:
Some barre: Suzanne Bowen weight watcher DVD, 10 MS Pilates Perfect
Some prenatal: Ruah, BarreAmped, Leah Sarago

Most of those DVDs can be mixed and matched many ways.

I'll be doing a loose rotation based on my work schedule.
Basically lower body, arms, chest/back, aerobics, total body, aerobics, yoga/stretch.

ChaLean Extreme with Travis' 30 for 30. I do the strength workouts and not the cardio for ChaLean.

I'm going to work through some virgins too.
  • Men's Health Anarchy
  • Michelle Dozois One on One
  • The Toning Transformation
  • Maybe Fit in 10 workouts.

Then I'll be back to my XTFMax workouts.

Hi,

I finished Jessica's Calm & Strong rotation this weekend.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do next, I have a few ideas bouncing around. I would like to increase my step count (and it is hard to walk outdoors in the heat) so I was considering Leslie for steps and Pilates-Yoga-Weights.

I am also considering Pahla B's workouts, I'm listening to her Q&A on You Tube right now and I love her down to earth approach to fitness.

I have a membership to Trifecta Pilates - I haven't used it very much so I'm going to use those workouts as well for my Pilates days....

As of now, I'm leaning towards following Pahla's weekly challenges and adding in the Pilates...but we'll see what I pick tomorrow!

Char but WHY are you hiding your workouts from yourself?

And I decided to do mostly band strength workouts this year as a recovery week while I decide.

Oh no. I have a Tonique somewhere too. I'd successfully blocked that knowledge till you mentioned it - now I'll have to work it in!
