I probably haven’t done enough of the HIIT 1 or 2 workouts to compare. I’ve only had my subscription for a few weeks and am aiming to do it 2 or3 X a week. I can’t say these two are HIIT, but they are enjoyable although I doubt I’ll revisit them. I think the majority of BG clientele likely aren’t looking for anything super intense, & I’m not either TBH. These are light cardio to top up my step count & for days I can’t get outside. And as I said earlier, I definitely do prefer Misti.

I always sweat or "sheen" with Body Groove workouts. I must be a wild uninhibited dancer. Would you say these are intermediate or beginner workouts? Are they on par with her other workouts?

I say intermediate, more intense than some, similar to others. There is some optional impact. The biggest negative for me is that Misti isn’t in them, at least the two I’ve done. I’ll get to the others soon. I don’t sweat with these, but it takes a lot to get me sweating, lol. Not that I’m in such awesome shape, I just don’t sweat easily.

ETA Besides hot yoga, one thing that does make me sweat is Kettlebells.

I think it’s healthy to sweat TBH, so not sure I’m lucky....

I’m enjoy my sub to BG. I needed something new cardio wise & it’s very uplifting.

Haha Pam! Well, then I must be really, really healthy

I think I am going to get the set. My knee is telling me that high impact is out. It never hurts during the workout, but the next day! I'm convinced I reinjured my knee somehow; just haven't been to the doctor yet.
