Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Workout (~35 mins of floor aerobics) -- this is so old school with music inspired by show tunes and the dude in the routine looks like the inspiration for Steve Carrell's character in "Crazy Stupid Love"! With bigger arm movements and not pausing for the "toning" sets (so just kept on going with bigger cardio movements), I kept my heart rate pretty high so I was pleased. And the whole routine is quite pleasant and since she eases you into things, I could skip the warm up. After that, tagged on KCM's Upper Body Supersets from her Build & Burn DVD set -- had to use lighter weights as there are very brief rests and thus those reps do add up quick
