Bodyweight books/DVDs recommendations

Hi, I’m looking for any recommendations for books and DVDs with exclusively bodyweight exercises. Thank you !

Edited to add: would also like recommendations for suspension trainer books and DVDs.

Can be instructional and/ or workouts!

Weider X Factor ST
Lalofit 1 and 2 (one of them uses light weights, but I think you can do without)

I like You are Your Own Gym DVDs but you can also get the book You are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren.

Also https://darebee.com/ (DareBee Fitness Made Easy) is a fantastic website with a bunch of free downloadable body weight programs, workouts etc.

The instructor is easy on the eyes and very encouraging without being over the top. His demeanor reminds me of Michael Olajide. I also like that the set is progressive, so Week 1 is easier than Week 8. The times are under 45 minutes, if I remember correctly. It's a great set to travel with, as it doesn't take up much space and is all bodyweight.

At the time, I had not done a lot of bodyweight only exercises, so the exercises seemed fresh and new to me. Plus, I got great results with this set. I will be revisiting to see if I am still love the set.

My brother really liked Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne back in its heyday.
