what are the lengths on the 3 workouts? does any of the content overlap one another among the 3 workouts?

I have all of her dvds, I enjoy Suzanne's workouts. For those who purchased, do you like this one, anything different?

Not really. It's nice, but I don't think I'll use it and will probably post over on VF Roost.

I like it. Not really anything new or different, but I like the 30 minute format. Granted, you can pick and choose segments of the Barre Amped workouts to get a 30 minute workout, but I like having it done for me. This is a keeper for me!

What she said. 30 minutes is my go-to length for barre routines so it's a keeper for me too.

Yes, my thoughts exactly! I like to combine 2 or 3 shorter workouts so 30 min or less is perfect.

I like it because all the work is done for me - 3 full body 30 minute workouts. What's not to like?

This is what has me interested. I like Suzanne's BA workouts, but don't like piecing together segments. 30 minutes is just about perfect for me, right now. I am getting closer and closer to caving...
