Having found out about this DVD here at Video Fitness, I just wanted to let you all know Bowen Productions sells through Amazon. I couldn't be happier with the service and am looking forward to doing some of "Gorgeous Core" tonight. I really like that it has 6 sections for abs.

I am interested in Gorgeous Core...is the music ok? It seems a little blah on the Collage clip. And is it at least as hard as her 10MS Belly Blast dvd? Thanks!

I lost 3.5 inches in my waist and my lower belly fat is smaller doing this for a couple of weeks one segment a day. I am also doing powerfit, some leslie sampson and walking.

I love it. It is hard but doable. My stomach musles are confused with all the variety.

Wow, congrats rosepetals! Did you change your eating pattern as well or did the measurements really come from doing the workouts? Either way, that's awesome!

I am torn between getting this one or Paul Katami's Ab Lab dvd. At Collage video it looks as if Paul's is rated adv. Has anyone tried his ab lab, and if so what are your thoughts??? Thanks everyone, Pam.

I really was going to pass on this because I hate working my abs (of course that's where I need the most help). But an endorsement like this cannot and should not be ignored. Congrats to you!
