Just wondering if anyone else is still doing this workout.
The first time I did it, I thought it was kind of hard on the wrists, but afterwards I didn't have any issues and felt great afterwards. The next time I did the workout, I started pushing with the fingers immediately (like she tells you) and the wrist fatigue was much less - barely noticeable. This type of workout generally does not appeal to me, but I love this one; I find the upper body challenging and I have started tacking on the stretch segment to other workouts. |

I'm selling mine on eBay. I only did it once and was very disappointed.
It just wasn't challenging enough for me. I have some of the Les Mills BodyBalance/Flow DVDs and I guess they have spoiled me. I did love the music though.

Actually, I tried this one and it was challenging for me! However, I'd gone surfing the day before, so maybe that had something to do with it. I do agree with you that Body Flow is wonderful. I was thinking of getting certified, but I'm not very flexible. Either way, I really should try to get a class in this week. |

I still love this workout. It makes me feel stretched, lengthened and relaxed after I'm done. It always winds me down after a stressful day. It also calms my mind since I do have to focus on keeping good form throughout. I really really love the shavasana its definately long enough to feel truly relaxed after the workout.
