Hi Megan,

Welcome to VF. If you have lurked long enough, you know that you are far from alone in investigating the "fusion" workouts. Good luck in your search for new workouts. I'm sure you'll find more than you could imagine before finding VF. (Hiding your credit cards from yourself at some point would probably be a good idea! ) Have you found the check ins yet? If you are looking for motivation and to get to know people, joining a check in can be very motivating and informational.
