Where are we at with getting new and/or more active moderators?

I hope if VFF ever went away, people would migrate to another (non-facebook) forum like the one at totalfitnessdvds or the tapatalk VF roost forum that currently isn't very active. Not sure where else there is to go. I'm not on facebook and don't really want to make a facebook account. I like message board forums for whatever reason.
