so 1st chest work out of the bulk section

mmmmm by the time the declined pushups came up

nnnope

uh uh
not a chance

ended up kissing the wall again

(with good form, of course. for the few I could do)

egad

those sets of 5 were EVIL!

nice variety of repetition pattern
pyramids, "force sets" etc

still all moved a bit faster than I would like
ah well
legs tomorrow!

but do tell -- should I get this set? I have been eying it for a summer strength rotation?

huh

after the trauma that was legs the arms bulk workout ...wasn't that bad

after constantly dropping weights

not easy by any means
but still do able

Jazzy, Yes its a sold weight lifting program with no dread at all. really designed well.

Thanks Marika - I think I'm officially pushed over the edge! Sounds like if I like it, I will be finishing up just in time for the Sagi/Autumn program!!

Bulk Shoulders

this is my LEAST fav so far of the set

part of it is that I did back just yesterday and upper body was already fried to a degree

I'm considering switching it out for the Build shoulders

I kept waiting for my physical therapist to appear and smack me upside the head

arnold presses. the twist wants my rotator cuff dead
switched out for plain overhead presses.

upright rows. No. just. no.
switched out for front raises

oh carp! i didn't look ahead and now more front raises. sigh
switched out with the cool scap trap raise from Build shoulders

plate twist twist. elbows wanted me dead and were all set to send out the address of a funeral home. not trying that again.
not sure what to substitute
shrugs?
a rotator cuff specific exercise?
flipping off the screen repeatedly?

the superman stretch and plank twist twist I only had to modify by dropping to my elbows. bad wrists.

hrmmmm
