I sent this to my SO with a an email titled

"Meditation for those that watch Goodfellas!"

It's a trade off - he watches my boring, cheesy chic flix and I endure his unnecessarily violent, "my gawd, do they do anything besides cuss???" movies.

It's like pulling teeth to get him to do any kind of workout. And kundalini? Well- I'm just not gonna even try to go there

My cousin posted this on FB yesterday. I actually find it relaxing. I often find other guided mediations annoying.

I forwarded it to my cousin. I have heard her use $%&* language, so I thought she'd be okay with it. I was stunned to receive what I would call a 'holier than thou' response. She was turned off by the title and wasn't going to open it. Her loss--
