Sweat Factor has a new open Facebook group

Mike Donavanik started an open Facebook group and it's growing every day. The instructors are on there interacting with everyone, which is great.

I like that he's encouraging people to give feedback and make requests for workouts and instructors they'd like to see in the future.

You don't have to be a subscriber to be in the group. It's called Sweat Factor Squad, if you're interested.

I know some of you aren't on Facebook, but if you are, check it out. I'd love to "meet" you.
